Update Tekton usage to V1 APIs. Any concerns? The latest Tekton releases have V1 as stored version since v0.49.0. Ref: tektoncd/pipeline@7384a67

Meetings minutes:

  • Adopting Tekton V1 API. Allow us to avoid going through the conversion webhook. V1 is out there since a while. Implies changes for TaskRun and PipelineRun CR's. Implies breaking our support on some of the versions we claim to support today. Changes on Build and Triggers repository. Conclusion: just do it
  • On v0.12.0, @adambkaplan to do the twitter posts. @qu1queee to speak with Roxanne on a post at the CDF website.
