To get a nicer experience than the batch file currently in use, we'd like to have a natively compiled Windows app for a launcher. Would be ideal if this could get an icon assigned to it too when it's getting renamed during the packaging process.

There may be issues with code signing on Windows 10. Will be worth further investigation.
