Problem description

I tried installing in Laravel 11, it doesn't install, as well no views, routes or anything gets published.

Expected behavior

It should work with laravel 11 latest version easily

Steps to reproduce

Upgrade Laravel Installer to the latest.
Install the shopper/framework
Check the project
