Describe the bug
CI build fails if there are concurrent backend integration tests running.
Example: https://ci.time4hacks.com/short-d/short/1758/1/5

Expected behavior
CI build should be successful.

Should also migrate down after test is finished. Sometimes, there are PRs having different DB scheme. This results in conflicts during db migrations.
