follow - A comma separated list of user IDs, indicating the users to return statuses for in the stream.

Have already created a PR for the same

This is the list of parameters I could find

Seems like you guys have already implemented all (except follow and stall_warnings).

And stall warnings functionality is already built in to tweepy.

Please let me know if there are any other filters.

See if you derive a feature or something? Use data science or something to bring out something that tweepy doesn'y give?
