add code license

Deciding on a license will enable collaboration and crate use. No license means proprietary code.

Hi @nilobarp, thanks for pointing out
As this repo was still in the initial phase, I did not add a separate license in the Github Repository
However, the crate is MIT. This is added in the cargo.toml

I will surely add a LICENSE to github too in the next release.. : )
