z C: doesn't work, and z C:\ throws the error zoxide: not a directory: C:\"

(This applies for every drive letter, of course, but C: is the easiest example.)

@ImportTaste Thanks for the bug report! Unfortunately I don't currently have access to a Windows machine to work on this project. If you or someone else would like to submit a PR I would be happy to pull it in.

I think I know what's happening, but I'm not sure how to fix it. I think because the root directory of drives ends with a backslash, it's acting as an escape character for a quotation mark.
