Depth Effect not properly working with Cinema effect

I don't know why but when I use a background with the Cinema effect and apply the depth Effect on the lock screen, there are only picture overlaying another, I don't know if this is a known bug, but I cannot use the depth Effect with it. Another thing I wanted to mention, why does the depth Effect crop the picture, if I open the phone, the image shifts.

I'm on a rooted Pixel 8 Pro with Android 14
