Problem Description

The current log buffer in Omni seems to be 30 minutes, which can be prohibitively slow when debugging system issues that need access to machine logs.

Solution

I'd like the ability to set up a log export in Omni to sinks like Loki and Datadog.

Alternative Solutions

Using the Omni API to do pull-based export is possible but error-prone, expensive, and cumbersome.

Maybe we should improve our documentation on how to configure fluentbit along with Talos machine config in the workload cluster.

For now it should be enough to fix the documentation.
