error msg on win11

after proper install i recieve the error msg:

the code execution can not proceed because libhudapi-0.dll was not found.
reinstalling the program might solve this issue.

extensive google search did not provide a safe solution.

crashes on WIN10 as well.
This just happens with v6,4 v6.3 is fine

Sorry, this repository was just a copy of avrdude I made a long time ago. I will remove it. See https://www.nongnu.org/avrdude/ for official support.
