Epic: Redesign timeline + additional about page improvements

The Timeline component needs to be redesigned to match our site theme and include more visuals. The about page could also use some more improvements.

It isn't really possible to create a usable link with just the discriminator, the preferred format would be https://discord.com/users/[USER ID]. See the comment on Discord here: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sigpwny/sigpwny.com/main/content/profiles/admins/.template/index.md

We can add an exception where if a valid link isn't provided, it displays a text box on hover to show their Discord username and copies to the clipboard on click.
