Ouch, this reminds me I fixed spell checking for content regions in SIL files in my vim locally but didn't post it to vim-sile. Stand by.

I just cleaned up and committed a bunch of changed I had in my local copy of vim-sile. It now handles SILE v0.14+ stuff like \lua, \xml, and \raw. Additionally it fixes the spell checking so that comments and content are spell checked but not commands or options.
