Image links in docs give 404 errors #261

Images on both docs sites automatically create links. Clicking on those links always gives a 404.

e.g:

expected timeline image on https://docs.silverstripe.org/en/5/project_governance/major_release_policy/
images on https://docs.silverstripe.org/en/4/developer_guides/graphql/architecture_diagrams/
images on https://userhelp.silverstripe.org/en/4/managing_your_website/session_manager/
