Improve dropdown filter options

Out of our demo we talked about setting up further defaults for the dropdown filter and make some assumptions. This moves the options quite far from the original designs so will need input from @sachajudd and co.

Discussed:

• Assume the majority of columns will be wanted
• Select all column checkboxes by default when using 'Select from all options'
• maybe add a toggle to (de)select all above the option list.

+1 for the select/de-select all options. I just loaded up a dropdown filter, chose a column and noticed that it auto-selects all options for you. I unticked about 6 options from the long list manually before getting frustrated and coming here to +1 this issue.

We'll need designs for this probably before we do it.
