Document indexing failure to the user #28

If there is an indexing failure we need to let the CMS user know.

Initial potential options are:

Page level indicator through a literal field with a warning class and the error.
A report. This would mean we would need to store unsuccessful indexes either on the class object directly or through a separate "IndexError" object.
