ORTypes: Better solution for tracking meeting number

Current solution with tick proposals is hard to explain and too easy to forget. Very fragile. ORDAO office hours have shown that even I forget to propose these "ticks" after a meeting, so you can't expect others to always remember.

Considerations for an alternative:

• Fractalgram web app tracks meeting numbers. So ORDAO won't need to track them if integration happens;
• It does not seem too hard for fractalgram to ask for meeting number under certain configurations;

Overall, leaving meeting numbers to consensus-building app (aka respect game app) seems like the most logical solution.
