Mailman reporting tool
This program is intended to be run on the Mailman server. See the mm_lister.conf file for the required config options.
In the case of nested lists, it recursively gathers data for all lists. It prints output to screen or via email, in
text or html format. If it is html, included is a table of contents provided with links.
