The MayAvi repo in the README does not exist, we should create a new repo with example build scripts that can run a MayAvi application (WITHOUT dependencies on simphony wrappers).

Note that the existing (broken) link to the MayAvi demo app in our README probably meant this repo: https://github.com/simphony/simphony-remote-docker-simphony-mayavi
