@file-added="onFileAdded"中的参数失去响应式 #204

bug：onFileAdded(file)的参数file中有很多key->value，第一次传文件的参数file里面的set和get都齐全，但第二次就有一些没有set和get，例如_prevProgress。

发生场景：通过file对象拿_prevProgress，以显示自定义进度条。发现第一次传文件进度条是正常的，第二次进度条不动。

解决方案：file.progress()可以拿到上传进度。但不是响应式，需要在@file-progress="onFileProgress"里面人工调用。
