[FEATURE]: Show with delay #9

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a setting to be able to delay when the button is showing up.

This option in combination with always show, would allow users to automatically show the button after they spent a certain time on that url.

You would have to make sure it also resets on url change (existing "url:change" event).
