Description

Streaming Simularium trajectories don't load on some university guest wifi networks.

Expected Behavior

All trajectories should load on all wifi networks.

Reproduction

Go to https://simularium.allencell.org/ and try to load any of the example simulations in the middle of the page.

Trying to find a way to reproduce ourselves.

Collaborator says:

It doesn't work using the guest wifi. I have the same error message "Failed to connect to server; try reloading. If the problem persists, there may be a problem with your connection speed or the server might be too busy."
