Use Case

As a developer running vivarium_models from a docker container, I want to be able to (create? and) communicate with any containers running simulation engines as sub-processes.

Acceptance Criteria

The composite processes in vivarium_models can run in a docker container.

Details

This will allow us to run parameter scans for composite processes in the cloud, and will also allow us to install vivarium_models in octopus simularium server deployed in the cloud in order to run live models for clients.
