goal:

desribe goals of projects, with description which pains we want to solve with comparing to existing similar solutions cons and pros.
provide this information as documentation of project with specifying questions which we want to answer by building this tool.

people already asking about reasoning of new tool, so we need to provide more information to avoid confusions.
