第三章事件分发外部拦截的部分在ACTION_DOWN里面有下面的判断：
if (!mScroller.isFinished()) {
mScroller.abortAnimation();
intercepted = true;
}
这个会导致你在切换前后滑动不管怎么滑动都是左右滑，感觉没必要加这个判断吧
