When it starts I see:

 {"msg":"Listening on: [0.0.0.0:4278]","level":"INFO","ts":"2024-12-11T19:01:04.021486706+00:00"}

how to change the log level to DEBUG ?

I would like to see all POST/GET in the logs (to debug, indeed)
