Exclude pdb files from windows releases #1698

Issue Details

The pdb files are not needed to run slade; they can be removed from the windows releases to reduce file sizes significantly

They aren't needed to run SLADE no, but they are included so that in case of a crash, the crash report will have useful information (without the pdb present the stack trace generated is entirely useless)
