Feature request: Substraction filtering

first of all, thanks for the great work here!

Would it be feasible/reasonable to implement substraction filtering?

Something like:

• #a -#b: All items tagged with #a but not with #b.
• #a -#*: All items tagged only with #a and no other tags.

Hi.

Just to add my "me too" on this.
It would really be helpful to exclude one (or several) tags for a search or listing.
