Create a settings that would require strong session to allow the authentication to succeed. It could also be related to the personal code being present.

The requirement is more to do with personal code than with strong session, though it seems that strong session should guarantee that personal code is present.

Both features are implemented, although it should be determined if
personal_code scope is required or not. It might also be possible to
require personal code and not the strong session.
