Create a new issue with a heading something like Implement hospital name instead of hospital id in C++/python/C. Aso, add the necessary detail so that we can know what you are working on.

You can start working on it. No need to wait for it to be assigned :)

It is written in PHP so, the changes are also preferred to be done in PHP. You can take a look at #43 to get some idea.
I have no idea about the implementation of it in python/c++ since most of the code is already in PHP.
