MVP of SKALE JS stack should include:

Lightweight version of skale.js library (new, written in TS, uploaded to npmjs.com)
UI reference (React website that uses skale.js)

Other stuff to work on:

UI for proxy server (with all endpoints
Lightweight network explorer (validators, nodes, chains, etc)
