During node update or node turn-off on Vultr cloud we noticed that during update ipv4 address of server disappear from ip a, but ipv6 address remains, hence no ssh connection or RPC, or any other connection to server, except Vultr console.

Docker versions:

docker --version
Docker version 24.0.2, build cb74dfc
docker-compose --version
docker-compose version 1.27.4, build unknown
