I created a vocabs repo in the (closed) GitLab instance at https://git.noc.ruhr-uni-bochum.de as we needed a customized version of HCRT in the project including FlexSearch lookup and I assumed it would be best to have this vocab (and probably others to come) together with the rest of the ORCA code in the same GitLab instance.

Unfortunately, GitLab webhooks are hardcoded to only work with https://gitlab.com.
