[Minor, Add intake] Cannot select item behind the keyboard

Description:

In the add intake page, keyboard will cover the items if there are too many items.
The bottom items behind the keyboard cannot be selected.
But the keyboard can only close by tapping the navigation bar because of tapping other places will fall into other functions or selected other items.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add many items
2. Click on the filter bar
3. scroll to the bottom
4. Cannot select the items behind the keyboard

Expected result:

Suggest to close the keyboard when user scroll the list.
