Legacy "View Engine" libraries warning #6

Building with this library produces the following warning:

$ ngcc
Processing legacy "View Engine" libraries:
- ngx-odata-v4 [es2015/esm2015] (git+https://github.com/skynet2/ngx-odata)
- ngx-odata-v4 [main/umd] (git+https://github.com/skynet2/ngx-odata)
- ngx-odata-v4 [module/esm5] (git+https://github.com/skynet2/ngx-odata)
Encourage the library authors to publish an Ivy distribution.

Relevant blog post. And as far as I can tell example of how it is done.
