When logging into docker the following warning is given. Handle this.

WARNING! Your password will be stored unencrypted in /home/runner/.docker/config.json.
Configure a credential helper to remove this warning. See
https://docs.docker.com/engine/reference/commandline/login/#credentials-store

See docker/login-action#30 for other people facing the same issue. The same security issue exists in the docker/login action.
