No window icon displayed (Rust + Ubuntu 20.04)

Hi, I am trying the Window icon property, but without any success as now.

I'm building it in Ubuntu 20.04 64 bits, with a Wayland driver, and an ATI Radeon graphic card.
I am missing something ?
