New binary that will thread the receiver processes and use the receiver callbacks to synchronize the frames and stream them out using push pull

Add a new binary, similar to the slsMultiReceiver, that uses the callbacks to get data from all receivers
Add start and end zmq message
Stream out all modules using zmq multipart messages but don't reconstruct the proper image
Ensure that we have enough metadata in the stream to allow the user to reconstruct the image
Should work with all our detectors
