Proteomics version 1.00
=======================

A set of library files for Perl that are useful in Proteomics
analysis.  Currently the library includes functions for digesting
proteins.

The library makes use of Bio::Perl, which seems to have stabalised,
although where possible there are alternatives provided if you wish to
save some memory.
