miles finishing setup hanging (I read the thing hear me out)

Hi, im on mac, somehow managed to finish setup but it isshowing me the
"Please wait for the downloads, then stay for a quick speech recognition test.
The app is not hanging, it just takes a minute to startup."
but it has been stuck like that for an hour, so im quite sure it is not working properly. please help

ps i have an m3 air and good wifi so it is probably not a performance problem

also, the start download button is still there, pressing it does nothing

Try manually running the config.py script, the download button just runs that script in the background, you can manually run it instead.

I have a similar problem, but on mac. I get this error. What do I need to do?
