MicroProfile Context Propagation integration

I found recently that in SmallRye Fault Tolerance, we actually implemented an integration module for integrating MP OpenTracing with MP Context Propagation. It would be nice if, for OpenTelemetry, this actually lived in SmallRye OpenTelemetry (as a separate module, until MP Context Propagation is part of MP Platform).
