The name of DTC(Distributed Traffic Controller) may cause misunderstanding on it's essential function

hi all:
The DTC(Distributed Traffic Controller) component really worked for NetworkPolicy which is essentially used for Access Control, not for Traffic Control. So I think the dtc may cause misunderstanding with Linux Traffic Control. Would you consider to change it's name to DAC(Distributed Access Control) which I think can show the nature of it's function. Thanks!
