A logical cloud which is used in a deployment intent group can be terminated and then deleted by deleting cluster references.
This should not happen, otherwise logical cloud and DIG will go out of sync.
Desired behavior : if we try to terminate a logical cloud which is a part of any DIG then we should through an error like we do for other components which is "Can't terminate/delete parent without deleting child references first."
