Add ability to search by phone number

Now that we have SMS preferred CUTGroup testers who text back when they are available for tests, we use their phone numbers to connect to the corresponding tester. It would be a huge enhancement to be able to search by phone number in the nav bar search or on the /search page.

My current process is using search to find SMS Preferred testers and saving them as a CSV. Then I open up the CSV and search for the phone number there.

Phone number search has been added. One thing to note that it will not allow you to search with a -dash separating the phone number.
