Matt is having a problem following https://github.com/smithy-security/smithy/blob/main/docs/getting-started.md on a VM with GOOS=linux GOARCH=arm64.

We found out that the image being pulled was built with GOARCH=amd64.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. On a non arm64 environment run
  3. docker run ghcr.io/smithy-security/smithy/smithyctl:v0.60.0

Expected Behaviour

An image with correct architecture should be build/run.
