+1 Same on Pebble Time Steel. |
+1 Store works, but installed app list seems to stay empty and I can not find any apps or watchfaces on my Pebble Time Steel. |
+1 for pebble time steel. Furthermore I am unable to use any Pebble Time apps at all. |
Hi, what exactly is the problem? I don't really understand what's not working. Otherwise please provide a screenshot to show what exactly is the issue here and i hope i can help out. |
Please let me elaborate: Also - and this may be related - I am unable to initially start any pebble app when connected to the SFOS app.
|
This is due to the unlimited apps feature of the Time/v3 firmware. When you start an app on the Pebble it will actually need to download the app from the phone. So the Pebble only has space to have a couple of apps available (the ones you used last presumably) and otherwise the app needs to be downloaded from the phone. But as this is a major change compared to the old Pebbles firmware it isn't supported yet by pebbled. |
I have like 20 apps/watchfaces on my Pebble. I've opened them once 2015-10-11 15:19 GMT+02:00, Robert Meijers [email protected]:

Well, it will also depend on the size of the apps. So when you have apps which are a lot bigger you of course can't store 20 of them. But either way, the way apps are installed and used etc changed drastically. And on topic to the original question about having the app list available. The only way I've seen which would make this possible is by requesting it from the Pebble servers, as all installed apps are linked to the account. So that's also a major change compared to the way the old Pebble (firmware) had some slots available to install an app in and you could just ask the Pebble itself which app was in which slot. |
The pbw files are not (directly) downloaded from the Pebble servers, they 2015-10-11 21:22 GMT+02:00 Robert Meijers [email protected]:

Any progress on this? As stated in a comment in here: The apps/watch faces do get downloaded, but they can't be installed to the watch. |
No installed app list is visible when you're using a Pebble Time
