Connection error after installing monetdb_fdw #11

Hi.

I have compiled and installed the extension without errors, but whenever I try to connect to PostgreSQL server, I get an connection error. When I look at the PostgresSQL log file, I get the following:

FATAL: could not load library "/usr/lib/postgresql/9.4/lib/monetdb_fdw.so": /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libmapi.so.12: undefined symbol: mnstr_settimeout

I am using Ubuntu distro and PostgreSQL 9.4.. Is there anything I can do to solve this?
