Active proposals be in the top automatically

Usually, we can see the numbers about how many active proposals are there in each space. This is good. But when entering into some spaces, some active proposals are in very bottom, it is hard for voters find them, voters need to slip their mouses to very bottom then can see active proposals. Would it possible to have those active proposals be in the top automatically? Then voters can see it clearly and vote there easily.
