Is it an issue for Snapshot or Blockfinder @bonustrack? Would be great to have more details 🙏

@zzuziak It's an issue for Snapshot hub and UI. The idea is to use timestamp instead of block number to define a snapshot on a proposal, this make it easier to do multichain.

@zzuziak I would no open this to contributors, it require some change on hub, Snapshot.js, the UI etc. we should first write specs for it
