Add lists of NFTs in treasury detail page

We should use OpenSea API to query the list of NFTs, we are in process of getting an API key we don't have one yet, but integration can be tested using testnet API (which doesnt require API key).

We will need a design for this, most likely it would use cards, similar than OpenSea but following our current style (without shadow for example)

What do you mean by not being able to complete a draft? Draft of the design or the draft PR? It would be great to see the design before you dig into the codebase 🙏
