track changes and add option to create an issue out of them "save for me" + "save & send report"
persist changes and apply on reload, for example in local storage
classes: change labels and subtop
relations: change relation with dropdown list of allowed relations of the meta model, change or add chapter or page

Changes can already be persisted using the load and save functions from the file menu.
